The  California Department of Public Health is warning that bird flu virus has been found in a batch of raw milk sold in the Golden State.  The agency said that no illnesses have been associated with the lot of raw milk and that pasteurized milk remains safe to drink.  Public Health also stressed that out of an abundance of caution consumers should not drink any of the raw milk in question.
Raw Farm LLC of Fresno County says it is using its standard safety procedures to monitor cows for illness.
