Coming off the success of the second annual Washington Advancements in Viticulture and Enology, or WAVE, seminar, The Washington Wine Commission has opened up registration for the smaller research workshops called WAVEx.

In a release, the workshop is described as designed to give winemakers practical application of wine research that has been supported by the Washington wine industry.

The courses will take place July 11th at Walla Walla Community College and July 13th at Brightwater Center in Woodinville.

The topic of both presentations will be Managing Phenolics from Grape to Barrel and will begin at 10:00 a.m.

You can register, or find more information on the Washington Wine Commission website.
