Washington Residents Could Be One Step Closer to Never Changing Clocks Again
Back in 2019, our state legislature passed a law to stay on Daylight Saving Time, but even though the state passed the law, you can't change anything until Congress votes on it.
Only Hawaii and Arizona are the two states that don't recognize Daylight Saving Time.

President Trump has made it a priority to finally get all the states in unison when it comes to Daylight Saving Time.
Throughout the years, bills have come close to passing but generally have failed in committee.
Now we will see this week if the Sunshine Protection Act becomes law, and we'll no longer have to keep adjusting our clocks every six months.
It's been a long time coming, but we could finally see a law passed in 2019 in Washington State be approved by Congress over the next few weeks, which would change how we look at time change (or lack of) in the near future.
