Lamb Weston Rolls Out Waffled Hash Browns

Lamb Weston is out with a unique twist on an old favorite.  Last week, the company debuted Lamb Weston Waffled Hash Browns.  The company calls it a unique take on Belgian-style waffles.  The fries are made with shredded Idaho potatoes, and can be baked or fried.

According to a company spokesperson, the “Waffled Hash Browns are easy to add to any menu as a creative breakfast item, a handheld snack, a sandwich carrier or in a creative appetizer application.”
